Delivery Charges

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and The Scottish Islands - Additional charges will apply to these areas, please call for a quote before you purchase).

Delivery services

  • £4.95 + vat on all orders. We send out by a national courier service which aims to deliver your goods next working day. We will aim to deliver your goods 3-5 working days from payment.
  • Saturday deliveries can be arranged prior to payment.

Please note the following:

Delivery Van
  • Order cut-off for all delivery services is 2pm (UK time). Orders placed after 2pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day.
  • Working days are defined as Monday - Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) - therefore any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
  • Delivery will be through APC or another of our choice.
  • All deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery.
  • Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is. You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if that is more convenient for you.
  • If a re delivery cost occurs because attempted delivery has failed this will be passed on to the customer of the goods at the normal delivery cost.
  • The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified. APC aim to deliver your goods between 9.00am - 4.00pm.

Returns & cancellation procedure

Delivery Package
  • It is the customers responsibility to check if goods are faulty before you sign for delivery, we cannot accept any signed for goods to be returned to us.
  • Please address returns to Customer Returns Manager, FTC fixings LTD, Lodge farm, Bedfield, Suffolk IP137HH.
  • Refunds will be sent via a cheque and the administration fee will be taken off your purchase.
  • If the customer wishes to cancel a confirmed and paid for order an administration fee of 20% or £15 + vat [whichever is the greatest] will be charged.
